Key Responsibilities:

Strategic sourcing and acquisition of B2B clients from the US, Canada and Europe

Lead qualification and conversion into long-term partnerships

Building and optimizing the sales funnel

Crafting tailored commercial proposals to meet client-specific needs

Analyzing client requirements and adapting solutions to their business objectives

Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Developing and scaling new sales channels

Daily use of HubSpot CRM

Close collaboration with other departments, including engineering and marketing
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT / software development field, preferably targeting the US and Europe

Strong English proficiency (C1+)

Experience with presales activities (including estimations and proposal creation)

Proven track record in lead qualification and closing large deals

Experience in complex negotiations with decision-makers

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Strategic thinking and multitasking capabilities

Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach
