Software Design Engineer (Azure & Data Platforms)

About the role
We are looking for a Software Design Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure, API integrations, and data platforms to build scalable and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Work with Azure Functions for orchestration and data processing
• Integrate external APIs (qTest, Jira via OAuth 2.0)
• Manage data storage using Azure Blob Storage
• Analyze and process data using Kusto (Azure Data Explorer)
• Set up monitoring using Kusto dashboards and Application Insights
• Participate in CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps, PRs, pipelines)
• Optimize and scale system performance

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Strong knowledge of C#, SQL, and Kusto Query Language (KQL)
• Experience with API integrations (REST, OAuth 2.0)
• Understanding of distributed systems design principles
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
