TechAssistPro is on the lookout for a Recruitment Team Lead to join our HR Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary strategic recruitment partner to business and operational leaders, translating their needs into actionable hiring plans.
  • Fully own end-to-end recruitment outcomes (quality, time, cost) for the entire Customer Service division.
  • Align dynamic hiring priorities with real-time business constraints and headcount budgets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate recruitment forecasts, capacity models, and hiring timelines for leadership visibility.
  • Lead, coordinate, and prioritize the daily work of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Own, audit, and continuously improve all recruitment processes, documentation, and candidate experience touchpoints.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities and outputs strictly adhere to approved HR policies, legal frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Drive the adoption of recruitment metrics and data to inform decisions and process improvements.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1 year in a team coordination or leadership role (Team Lead, Senior Recruiter mentoring others, Recruitment Project Lead).
  • Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep experience as an embedded recruitment partner for business leaders, with a strong understanding of operational needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Belarusian labor market and legal aspects of recruitment & employment.
  • Fluent English (B2+) for daily communication in an international environment and working with documentation.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
