• Build outbound angles that connect to actual commercial problems (not “value propositions”)
• Run LinkedIn and email outreach with a clear hypothesis behind every campaign
• Start and develop conversations with founders and senior operators — not just get replies
• Qualify opportunities before they ever reach a call
• Continuously test, break, and refine what works (segments, angles, formats)
• Proven experience in B2B outbound (tech / SaaS / ecommerce preferred)
• Strong written English (C1+) — must sound natural, not “salesy”
• Experience targeting founders / senior stakeholders
• Ability to think in hypotheses, not tasks
