Company: Fast Glass & Windows Repair, Los Angeles, USA.
We need help hiring:
• glass technicians;
• window installers;
• installer helpers;
• field estimators;
• measurement technicians;
• operators;
• admin support.
Responsibilities:
• post job ads;
• source candidates;
• message candidates;
• process applications;
• do initial screening;
• schedule interviews;
• coordinate trial days;
• manage a hiring dashboard;
• send daily reports.
Requirements:
• English B2-C1;
• fluent Russian;
• sourcing / recruiting / HR coordination experience;
• fast execution;
• Google Sheets;
• partial overlap with Los Angeles time.
This is not a corporate HRBP role. We need a practical person who can move the market and bring candidates.
Compensation: fixed pay + bonuses for trial days / successful hires / 30-day retention.
