Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the loss prevention function across the assigned region;
- Collaborate with and report to the central office and management team in Poland;
- Develop and maintain internal audit standards, techniques, and practices to ensure comprehensive loss prevention;
- Ensure the effective functioning of internal control systems to safeguard assets;
- Conduct audits and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores;
- Oversee the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure continuous improvement;
- Conduct training sessions on existing rules, procedures, and methodologies in loss prevention for staff;
- Supervise the use and maintenance of safety technologies, such as CCTV systems, to enhance store security;
- Cooperation with Police Department.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
- Analytical and logical thinking skills;
- Experience in Loss Prevention, preferably in retail;
- Ease in building relationships, openness, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (B2);
- Independence and commitment to completing assigned tasks;
- Initiative and effectiveness in problem-solving and implementing changes;
- Excellent self-organization and ability to work independently;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Experience in working on a managerial position in the store will be an advantage;
- Driver’s license (B) – open to frequent business trips.
