About the role
Lead our Updaters team and own real-time shipment tracking across U.S. freight operations. You keep loads visible, communication clean, and the team running around the clock.

What you'll do

• Manage Updaters team — shifts, workload, 24/7 coverage
• Monitor load statuses in real time via GPS & TMS
• Oversee driver check-calls and escalate delays
• Audit data accuracy and fix tracking discrepancies
• Report weekly KPIs to the Operations Manager
• Train new team members on SOPs and tools
• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service & carriers

What we're looking for

Must-have

• 2+ years in logistics or tracking
• Strong English (written & spoken)
• Leadership experience
• TMS / GPS proficiency

Nice-to-have

• U.S. freight knowledge
• KPI-driven mindset
• Experience managing night shifts

Schedule

• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Tashkent), aligned with U.S. business hours
