Driver Recruiter Specialist

We are a growing logistics company looking for a motivated No Experience Driver Recruiter to join our team in Almaty. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding professional drivers to meet our fleet's growing demand.

REQUIREMENTS:
English: C1 level English with American accent
No University Degree is required
Strong communication skills
University students: okay

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post driver job ads/generate leads
• Screen and interview driver candidates (license checks, experience verification)
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
