We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager (Project Logistics Department) in our branch in Almaty!
Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries such as oil & gas, construction, energy, and heavy machinery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team. -
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions. -
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure that client requirements are met efficiently and profitably.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
What we expect:

5+ years of experience in Project Logistics Sales, preferably within an international context.

Deep knowledge and practical experience with logistics projects/heavy lift in Kazakhstan;
- Preference to the candidates with Customer portfolio.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
