Director of Banking & Payment Sales

Neobanking platform Credits.com is seeking an experienced Payment Sales Head to lead international sales for business customers and banking partnerships across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

This role is focused on expanding our global payment infrastructure, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the growth of our fintech operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop international sales and business development activities targeting business clients.
• Manage the sales team and support customer relationship management.
• Support the growth of payment infrastructure and international expansion.
• Build and manage relationships with banks, PSPs, and financial partners.

Qualifications:

• Experience in banking, fintech, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) environments.
• Existing client base and industry network are considered a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructure and cross-border payments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
