Legal Counsel

As our team continues to grow, we are looking to fill the position of Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts within the group of companies, including agreements with foreign clients and suppliers.

• Supporting and maintaining corporate documentation across the group of companies.

• Providing legal advice to management and internal teams on business, operational, and regulatory matters.

• Participating in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and templates.

• Identifying risks and proposing practical, business-oriented solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional legal experience, preferably in an international or corporate environment;

• Strong knowledge of contract law;

• Solid understanding of intellectual property principles;

• Experience in corporate law;

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;

• English proficiency: C1, both written and spoken.
