We are XFINE, a fintech company that gives clients an easy and accessible way to trade cryptocurrencies, precious metals, global fiat currencies, and CFD stocks of public companies — all on one platform.

Our company is growing fast in the field of modern financial technology and trading. We create and implement solutions for trading on global markets and build a strong partner ecosystem. Right now, we are expanding our affiliate partnership direction and looking for an ambitious specialist who is ready to take responsibility for the growth and development of this area.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and attract new partners: trading schools, webmasters, bloggers, influencers, and educational platforms;
  • Build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners;
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare partnership agreements, and manage ongoing cooperation;
  • Develop the partner network and increase trader activity brought by partners;
  • Focus on results: growth of traffic, registrations, deposits, and trading volume.

Requirements:

  • Experience in FinTech, crypto exchanges, forex brokers, or related industries;
  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, or business development;
  • Skills in partner search, negotiations, and building long-term partnerships;
  • Client-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and confident business writing;
  • Ability to achieve goals and take responsibility for results.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing in trading or the crypto industry;
  • Own partner network/database.

Conditions:

  • Remote work format.

Working hours can be adjusted depending on the time zones and locations of the clients you work with. Full-time position — 8 hours per day. A flexible daily schedule is also possible.

Salary + monthly KPI bonuses based on sales results and partner performance.
