Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement category / brand strategy to ensure profitable growth
  • Ownership over brand equity – continuously ensure brand equity is aligned with local market needs and strategic objectives
  • Category P&L management
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights
  • Development and execution of yearly marketing plan
  • Development of 360 communication campaigns
  • Build strong innovation pipeline for the brands
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business results
  • Effective use and control of A&M budget, ensuring brand's priorities are covered

Requirements:

  • University Degree (Marketing preferred, Business Administration or similar)
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management / marketing (FMCG experience preferred; Dairy category as a plus)
  • Basic understanding of brand equity drivers and experience in supporting brand growth initiatives
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with data to derive insights and support decision-making
  • Experience in budget tracking and basic financial analysis (supporting P&L, A&P budgets)
  • Exposure to campaign execution, NPD launches, or promotional activities
  • Understanding of category dynamics and consumer insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to drive projects cross-functionally with supervision
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English – Upper-Intermediate / Fluent; Russian – Fluent; Kazakh – working knowledge is an asset
