Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement category / brand strategy to ensure profitable growth
- Ownership over brand equity – continuously ensure brand equity is aligned with local market needs and strategic objectives
- Category P&L management
- Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Development and execution of yearly marketing plan
- Development of 360 communication campaigns
- Build strong innovation pipeline for the brands
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of business results
- Effective use and control of A&M budget, ensuring brand's priorities are covered
Requirements:
- University Degree (Marketing preferred, Business Administration or similar)
- 2–4 years of experience in brand management / marketing (FMCG experience preferred; Dairy category as a plus)
- Basic understanding of brand equity drivers and experience in supporting brand growth initiatives
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with data to derive insights and support decision-making
- Experience in budget tracking and basic financial analysis (supporting P&L, A&P budgets)
- Exposure to campaign execution, NPD launches, or promotional activities
- Understanding of category dynamics and consumer insights
- Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to drive projects cross-functionally with supervision
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

English – Upper-Intermediate / Fluent; Russian – Fluent; Kazakh – working knowledge is an asset
