About the Company

international FMCG company operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a strong HR Manager who will take ownership of the full HR cycle and act as a true business partner.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration (HR Operations):

  • Manage full-cycle HR administration (hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, documentation)
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs
  • Proactively source and attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipeline

Employer Branding:

  • Develop and support employer branding initiatives
  • Enhance candidate experience
  • Strengthen company visibility in the talent market

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Support and manage compensation and benefits processes
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Participate in performance review and bonus processes

Learning & Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize learning activities
  • Support employee development and growth
  • Participate in performance management processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
  • Mandatory experience in FMCG industry
  • Hands-on experience across all HR functions (Recruitment, HR Operations, C&B, L&D)
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience in an international company is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Languages:

  • Fluent English – mandatory
