About the Company
international FMCG company operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for a strong HR Manager who will take ownership of the full HR cycle and act as a true business partner.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration (HR Operations):
- Manage full-cycle HR administration (hiring, transfers, terminations, leaves, documentation)
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs
- Proactively source and attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipeline
Employer Branding:
- Develop and support employer branding initiatives
- Enhance candidate experience
- Strengthen company visibility in the talent market
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support and manage compensation and benefits processes
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Participate in performance review and bonus processes
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and organize learning activities
- Support employee development and growth
- Participate in performance management processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
- Mandatory experience in FMCG industry
- Hands-on experience across all HR functions (Recruitment, HR Operations, C&B, L&D)
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in an international company is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Languages:
- Fluent English – mandatory
