Duties:

Network monitoring, load analysis, performance reports provision, complex network problems investigation and resolution.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Execute changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Planning, installation, upgrade, support and maintenance of local and wide area networks.
Participation in infrastructure Projects.
Keep up to date with new technologies and analyze their possible use within Company, or severity 3.
Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies.
The support and administration of firewall environment in line with IT security policy.
Create technical and design documentation including procedure, processes and work instructions.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Information technology or related field.

Knowledge:

Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of Cisco equipment.(Switches: Cisco 6500, 3750, 3650, 4500, 9300. Routers: ASR1001X, 3900 series etc.)
Solid knowledge of networking and routing protocols such as, TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS etc.
Solid working knowledge in the operation of Ethernet LAN switching protocols and standards including, VLANs, VLAN aggregation, Ether Channel, PVLANs, Spanning Tree , 802.1Q
Experience building out and maintaining Cisco Wireless LAN Controller & Access Points.
Good knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems and protocols including VPN, IPSEC, TACACS+, RADIUS, ACLs, 802.1x, QoS etc.
Preferable knowledge of Cisco ISE, Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco Stealthwatch, Network Packetshaping, Internet proxy, Netwrok Load Balancer solutions.
Good knowledge of Network EDGE infrastructure.
Upper Intermediate level of English: writing and speaking
