Hi! We’re looking for people who are fluent in English (B2+ or higher). If you’re a positive person, enjoy helping others, can stay calm under pressure, and want to improve your English every day - and get paid for it - we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Communicate with international clients (B2C) via chat and email.
- Resolve customer issues and find effective solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to technical teams.
- Follow communication standards and company policies.
What we expect:
- Strong English skills (B2+; C1 is a plus).
- Confident computer skills and fast typing.
- Attention to detail, empathy, positivity, and a helpful attitude.
- Valid work authorization for Belarus.
