Finance Business Partner
Supports commercial and operational teams with financial analysis, planning, and strategic decision-making to achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Monitor sales, margins, EBITDA, and KPIs
- Support pricing, promotions, and profitability improvement
- Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
- Prepare management reporting and business insights
- Identify financial risks and optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and policies
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
- FMCG/retail/OTC healthcare experience preferred
- Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent English
