📍 Location: Remote

About the Role

We are expanding our support team and looking for a specialist who can comfortably work during daytime hours in the UTC+3 time zone (main shift: 14:00–22:00). This role is ideal for candidates living in time zones where these hours correspond to their morning and early afternoon.

📝 Responsibilities

  • Full-time, 100% Remote.

  • Main shift 14:00–22:00 UTC+3, 5 working days + 2 days off per week.

  • Temporary partial coverage of late evening/night hours (UTC+3) may be required during team vacation periods (this will still fall within your local daytime or evening hours).

  • Text-only support via chat (Intercom), with no phone calls.

  • Handling first-line customer inquiries and communication.

  • Utilizing the internal admin panel to service and resolve customer requests.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving escalated first-line cases.

  • Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to process improvement

📩Requirements

  • Fluency in both Russian and English (written proficiency is a must).

  • High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and advanced PC user skills.

  • A reliable and stable internet connection.
