Senior Telecommunications Engineer

The world's leading designer and manufacturer of professional wireless communications equipment in search of Senior Telecommunications Engineer.

Office location is Astana.

Responsibilities:
— System commissioning, installation, and customer training,
— Managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time delivery,
— Troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support.
— Handling customer complaints and ensuring high service quality,
— Developing technical expertise,
— Maintaining and developing customer relationships,
— Completing other tasks assigned by the project manager.

Requirements:
— Bachelor’s degree or higher,
— Telecom background (controller configuration, network commissioning, operation and maintenance),
— Experience with DMR / TETRA / LTE will be an advantage,
— Experience with Linux is must,
— Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience,
— Strong teamwork and communication skills,
— Excellent written and spoken English (HQ located in China),
— Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment under tight deadlines.
