The Role:
We're hiring a Social Media Content Manager to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You'll plan, create, publish, and optimize content that grows our audience, drives engagement, and supports business goals. This is a hands-on role — you'll be producing content yourself using modern AI tools, not just briefing others.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), recognizing that each audience and format is different;
  • Produce short-form and long-form video content using AI platforms like HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Descript, or similar tools;
  • Create on-brand graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and visual assets using tools like Canva, Figma, Midjourney, or comparable platforms;
  • Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and scripts adapted for each channel;
  • Manage the content calendar, posting schedule, and community engagement;
  • Track performance using native analytics and reporting tools; turn data into insights and iterate quickly;
  • Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates — and move fast to capitalize on them;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with campaigns and launches.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record: Demonstrable history of growing social channels — please share metrics, case studies, or links to accounts you've managed (followers gained, engagement rates, views, conversions);
  • AI content production: Hands-on experience with HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, or similar AI video/audio platforms;
  • Visual content skills: Comfortable producing images, graphics, and short videos independently;
  • Platform fluency: Deep understanding of what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — and how content strategies differ across them;
  • Analytics mindset: Comfortable reading dashboards, A/B testing, and reporting on KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions);
  • Strong copywriting in English;
  • Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, booking, or e-commerce industries;
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve);
  • Paid social experience (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
  • Influencer or partnership coordination experience;
  • Familiarity with SEO basics for YouTube and social search.
