We're a global Fintech company scaling fast across international markets.

We're looking for someone who has a clear growth request toward a more senior TA / People leadership position but is comfortable being deep in execution right now, and is genuinely interested in AI and already using it in their own work.

What you'll do

  • Own and close key roles end-to-end — sourcing, assessment, offer, closing. You're the person hiring managers go to for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Set up hiring streams: mass recruitment for affiliate, support and sales; targeted search for the rest.
  • Improve quality and speed of hiring — reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, cut early attrition (probation and within the first year).
  • Embed AI into sourcing, screening and assessment — pick tools, run experiments, scale what works.
  • Coach recruiters and hiring managers — interview techniques, structured assessment, calibration. Raise the bar across the function.
  • Run market and competitor analytics, with a focus on Asia and LATAM — where to source, what to pay, how to position.
  • Develop EVP and employer brand together with the HR / marketing team.
  • Forecast and plan hiring needs in line with company growth goals.
  • Build basic TA reporting and use it to drive decisions.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of international recruiting experience, with a strong track record of closing roles yourself.
  • Experience setting up mass hiring streams (sales / support / affiliate or similar high-volume functions).
  • Proven results in improving hiring efficiency — concrete numbers on speed, cost, and attrition.
  • Hands-on experience introducing AI tools into recruitment and assessment.
  • Experience leading a small team (2–5 people).
  • Business-oriented thinking: outcomes over activity.
  • Advanced (C1+) English for working with international leaders and candidates.
