Responsibilities:
- Control and optimize cost of goods and material consumption across 149+ stores;
- Oversee inventory counts, warehouse and commissary operations, and stock control processes;
- Manage accounts payable, supplier relations, reconciliations, and payment processing;
- Ensure compliance with financial policies in procurement, contracts, and transactions;
- Monitor Capex spending, approvals, and reporting for new openings and renovations;
- Control fixed assets, including physical verification, disposals, and reporting;
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial, inventory, and PPE reports;
- Manage cash flow reporting and coordinate banking-related matters;
- Ensure proper documentation flow and cross-functional coordination;
- Lead and develop the Finance Control team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- 7+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit;
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and accounting standards;
- Experience in multinational or large-scale retail/restaurant business is a plus;
- Knowledge of Kazakhstan financial regulations;
- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
