We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Administrative Assistant with English language proficiency to support the HR department and assist employees with daily administrative matters.
Responsibilities:
— Providing administrative support to the HR department
— Assisting employees with administrative requests and office-related issues
— Managing documentation and maintaining records
— Coordinating meetings, schedules, and office communication
— Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
— Supporting onboarding and internal administrative processes
— Assisting management and staff with day-to-day operational tasks
— Communicating with international colleagues and partners when required
Requirements:
— Good command of English (written and spoken)
— Strong organizational and multitasking skills
— Good communication and interpersonal abilities
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
— Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
— Ability to work independently and as part of a team
— Previous administrative experience is an advantage
