Lifting Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor for two projects in Karabatan involving tank installation and equipment installation works.

Projects:
— Tank installation project
— Equipment installation project

Responsibilities:
— Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations on site
— Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with HSE standards
— Review and approve lifting plans and risk assessments
— Supervise rigging teams and crane operations
— Inspect lifting equipment and ensure certification compliance
— Coordinate with site management, engineers, and contractors
— Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before lifting operations
— Monitor site activities to ensure safe execution of all lifting works

Requirements:
— Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor on industrial or construction projects
— Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, and heavy equipment handling
— Valid lifting supervisor certification is preferred
— Good understanding of HSE regulations and safety standards
— English language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written)
— Strong leadership and communication skills
— Ability to work on large-scale industrial projects
