Responsibilities:
  • Payroll: full process keeping (with external partner),
  • Company policies: adjustment (if needed), implementation and guidance on Company processes upon request
  • Preparation of Company papers (e.g. provision of updated JDs for each position, copies of employment documents upon request, etc.),
  • People processes implementation (e.g. participation in Performance Review, Engagement survey, support of promotions, exit interviews etc)
  • Talent Acquisition,
  • Medical insurance management,
  • Budgeting,
  • Reporting,
  • HR data bases keeping,
  • Document flow,
  • Participation in other HR projects
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR business partnership - 3 and more years
  • Experience in full talent acquisition process, medical insurance management, budgeting
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate
  • Negotiation skills, strategic thinking, agility, time management
