Responsibilities:
- Payroll: full process keeping (with external partner),
- Company policies: adjustment (if needed), implementation and guidance on Company processes upon request
- Preparation of Company papers (e.g. provision of updated JDs for each position, copies of employment documents upon request, etc.),
- People processes implementation (e.g. participation in Performance Review, Engagement survey, support of promotions, exit interviews etc)
- Talent Acquisition,
- Medical insurance management,
- Budgeting,
- Reporting,
- HR data bases keeping,
- Document flow,
- Participation in other HR projects
- Experience in HR business partnership - 3 and more years
- Experience in full talent acquisition process, medical insurance management, budgeting
- English level - Upper-Intermediate
- Negotiation skills, strategic thinking, agility, time management
