Practice area – corporate law/commercial law
Main responsibilities
- review and draft of legal documents;
- providing on-going legal consulting services for foreign companies and companies with international operations
- cooperation with the colleagues from the other service lines and foreign offices of Rödl
- marketing activities (preparing articles, speaking at events etc.)
Requirements
- working experience at least 3 years;
- business mindset and good understanding of economics;
- excellent written and oral knowledge of Russian and English and/or German;
- good logical skills;
- good communication skills;
- readiness to take responsibility;
- certificate of admission to provide legal services (свидетельство об аттестации лица, оказывающего юридические услуги) is a precondition for a candidate
