Secretary / Personal Assistant to the Director

We are looking for a Secretary / Personal Assistant to the Director for a permanent full-time position in our office located near Dustlik metro station.

The role involves daily assistance to the Director and Deputy Director, office coordination, document handling, and communication with clients and visitors.

Please note: this position requires daily close interaction with management and a predominantly male office team. Candidates are kindly asked to take this into consideration before applying.

Main Responsibilities:

— Receiving, preparing, printing, organizing, and storing documents;
— Assisting the Director and Deputy Director with daily tasks;
— Carrying out management instructions;
— Answering phone calls and passing information to the relevant people;
— Welcoming visitors when needed;
— Maintaining order in office documentation and workflow;
— Supporting general office operations.

Requirements:

— Responsibility, accuracy, attentiveness, and punctuality;
— Clear and professional communication skills;
— Confident knowledge of Microsoft Word;
— Basic computer literacy;
— Ability to work in a team;
— Polite and professional behavior.

Main Requirement: English Language

Professional English is the key requirement for this position. The candidate must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English confidently and fluently.

We are looking for someone who can communicate in English at a very high level, close to native-speaker level. Native English speakers or candidates with near-native fluency will be given priority.

Working Conditions:

— Permanent full-time position;
— Official employment according to the Labour Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
— Work schedule: 6/1;
— Office near Dustlik metro station;
— Salary will be discussed based on the interview results and the candidate’s skills.
