Kazakhstan International School (KIS) is searching for Kazakh language teacher:
We would like to recruit a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Kazakh language teacher for our expanding school.
Candidates are expected to possess a commitment to creating and managing a caring, supportive, purposeful, and stimulating learning environment which is conducive to children’s learning. Candidates should also be able to easily adapt to new cultures and environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students;
- To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students;
- Possess a creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom;
- Present excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills in order to work collaboratively with staff, students and Parents;
- Support the learning of individuals and groups of students as identified in the weekly curriculum planning and to act as a role model, setting high expectations;
- Observe, record and support the development and progress of students to identify individual needs and difficulties and to feedback to students in relation to their progress and achievement;
- Actively contribute to the wider life of the school by organizing and running appropriate extracurricular and out of school hours learning activities;
- Plan work according to work schemes, taking into account the curriculum and international programs;
- Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge;
- Be an active presence in the school;
Our requirements:
- Higher Degree Diploma: Kazakh language teacher;
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in international schools;
- Ability to teach native and non-native speakers of Kazakh;
- Fluency in English
- Excellent lifelong learning skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility;
