Support Specialist

In 2019, the company opened its office in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk. Hegelmann Logistic is a transport and forwarding company that provides all types of transportation to various countries.

Our company is inviting applications for the position of Support Specialist (planned position).

The main responsibilities include:

• Providing after-hours support to English-speaking company drivers and clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Handling the checking and completion of UK/EU transport documents and tickets booking along with related processes.
• Regularly reporting to team members and management.

Please note that the work schedule includes up to 12-hour night and day shifts and this is an office-based position.
