This is a hands-on internship focused on automating real business processes from day one.
You will work on repetitive, document-heavy workflows that are actively used by the following teams:
- GCR (Global Compliance & Reporting) - accounting and corporate tax processes
- PAS (People Advisory Services) – payroll and HR administration, personal income tax and immigration services
This is not a coordination or project management role. The position is focused on building workflows, configuring automations, working with data and documents, and testing solutions in practice.
Sample tasks for automation
- Collect data from ERP systems, government websites, emails and documents
- Generate contracts and other documents based on templates
- Automatically structure, move, sort files
- Visualize tracking, status and data
Requirements
- Practical experience involving Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot), RPA, Python (automation, scraping or data extraction)
- English: Intermediate+
- Proactive mindset: ability to understand processes, identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
- Ability to work independently
In your cover letter, please describe 2–3 projects (academic or work-related) where you personally used automation tools to solve a practical problem. If the project was completed as part of a team, clearly describe your individual contribution and the part you owned.
