Responsibilities:
In-Store & Offline Activation
- Develop and execute BTL strategies across vape shops and retail chains. Organize offline events (eg, product tastings, vape exhibitions) and consistently deliver strong performance results.
Content Translation & Localization
- Leverage bilingual proficiency in Russian and English to translate, review, and audit all marketing materials and assets, ensuring full brand alignment and linguistic accuracy.
Industry Advocacy & Influencer Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with local Russian vape influencers, key retail partners, and active customers to drive product seeding and authentic brand storytelling.
Competitor Benchmarking
- Continuously monitor marketing strategies and tactics of major competitors in the Russian market, including HQD, Puffmi, and Plonq.
Collateral & Warehouse Management
- Oversee warehouse operations and inventory to ensure seamless flow of marketing collateral, supporting all brand activations and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing within restricted categories (tobacco, alcohol, pharma) or FMCG in the Russian market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Native-level Russian (for copywriting and content creation) + professional English proficiency (for HQ communication and translation tasks).
- Mindset & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-uncertainty environment with a solution-oriented, adaptable approach.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-cultural communication skills to bridge gaps and align diverse teams toward a unified project goal
